At SureTask Assist, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual assistant services tailored to the needs of our clients. To ensure a smooth working relationship, it is essential to establish clear expectations before services begin. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing a service package from our website.

1. Purchase Does Not Guarantee Service
By purchasing a service package through our website, you acknowledge that the purchase alone does not automatically confirm service. Every effort will be made to assess your business requirements and establish a mutual agreement before work begins. If, after discussion, it is determined that the purchased package does not align with your needs, we will explore available solutions, which may include modifying the scope of work, upgrading to a more suitable package, or issuing a full refund where necessary.

2. Service Agreement Requirement
Before commencing any work, all clients must enter into a Service Agreement that outlines the specific tasks, expectations, and deliverables. This ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the project scope and prevents any misunderstandings. If an agreement cannot be reached, the purchase will be refunded in full before any services are rendered.

3. Suitability & Package Upgrades
In some cases, the package you have purchased may not fully cover the scope of work required for your business needs. If this occurs, you will have the option to upgrade to a more suitable package. Upgrades can be processed directly through our website or via invoice, with the additional cost clearly outlined before any extra work is undertaken. We will always strive to match you with the best package to achieve your goals efficiently.

4. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion if we determine that a successful working relationship cannot be established or if the requested tasks fall outside of our area of expertise. In such cases, a full refund will be issued before any work begins. This policy is in place to protect both parties and to ensure that we can deliver high-quality service that meets your expectations.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
If a service agreement is not established: A full refund will be issued.
If work has commenced and cancellation is requested: Refunds will be issued based on the proportion of work completed at $55AUD per hour.
